Here's the recipe to our Jalapeño Pimento Cheese!
8 oz. pound cream cheese (room temperature)
3 cups sharp cheddar (shredded)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup pimento (drained and fine chopped)
½ cup jalapeno (seeded and fine chopped)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
Using kitchen aid mixer with paddle, whip cream cheese for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again.
Transfer to container and label and date.
